Client Relations

Many people are intimidated by the legal process. They may be unsure whether or not they have a case, or whether or not to file a lawsuit. They are unsure how the courts work. In addition to their skilled attorneys, and a full-time medical staff, Michels & Watkins have a dedicated client relations staff.

Monica Miranda, Director of Client Relations, has been with Michels & Watkins for over 15 years. She works closely with clients to guide them through every step of a case. If a client is unable to drive, Monica arranges transportation to and from medical appointments, depositions and court dates. When a client has questions Monica gets answers. A mother of three, she understands that families and clients who have suffered traumatic injuries or losses appreciate a compassionate, personable approach to their needs.
